The technique
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB).
A Holotropic breathing practice, CCB can help us access what we carry beneath the surface and gently release what no longer needs to be held.
Every person breathes differently, so every session is unique. I simply create the space for you to listen inward.
You already hold what you need. Breathwork helps you hear it.
About me
Breathwork changed my life.
I have always wanted to help people. A few years ago, during a session in Portugal, I knew that it would be through breathwork that I would fulfil my desire to help. I had found myself, and I wanted to share this technique.
I’m not a yogi or a Buddhist monk. I’m just Eliot, a French breathwork facilitator, full of life and curiosity.
I trained in South Africa and have practised breathwork in many countries in the world.
I believe peace, joy and light already live within us. Breathwork is simply a doorway back to them, back to who you truly are.
Information
Sessions take place in Bangalow (NSW).
Sessions happen in a peaceful house surrounded by nature.
Here you can book your session, alone or with others. A moment for yourself, a moment to connect with your inner truth and with the light that sleeps within you.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be a powerful practice.
Please do not book a session if you:
- are pregnant
- have glaucoma, a detached retina, or have had recent eye surgery
- have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or a history of stroke or aneurysm
- have epilepsy or a history of seizures
- live with a severe mental health condition, such as psychosis or bipolar disorder
- have severe osteoporosis, or have had recent surgery, an injury or a fracture
- have a serious respiratory condition
- are unwell with an acute illness or infection
- have taken alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of the session
Every situation is different. If you have any other medical condition, please inform me before the session.
